IS DEPENDENT ON STRESS, TEMPERATURE, AND FREQUENCY. THE ENDURANCE
LIMIT IS THE STRESS LEVEL BELOW WHICH A MATERIAL WILL WITHSTAND
CYCLIC TESTING INDEFINITELY.
