Even with 40% fiber loading, the surface aesthetics are rich and uniform. The glass fibers add to the weight and solid feel of the grip, which was very important.

The molder found that the Nylon 6 offered ease of processing and a reduced rejection rate due to a better surface gloss, even at a part thickness close to 0.300in.
