Solution: Nylon 6/6 is a crystalline resin, which offers improved mechanical strength with the addition of glass fibers.

The glass fibers also improve the dimensional stability of the application.

Being crystalline, Nylon offers a good wear resistance against the amorphous Polycarbonate.
